Hire out the Corn Loft Conference Room for private meetings, training sessions, functions or events. Built in the first floor of the old barns, on the edge of the Apley Farm Shop courtyard, this room is the perfect countryside meeting location. With seats and chairs allowing boardroom style for 15 people or 25 seats theatre style. Projector screen, whiteboard and hot drinks facilities available.

The space can be hired for your own use, or a fully organised event can be managed on your behalf.

Charges vary through the year and are dependent on requirements. Please complete this provisional booking with your ideal date and our Events Manager will be in touch to discuss your requirements.

Below gives an indication of usual prices per delegate. Minimum charge £40/Half day bookings, £60/Full day bookings.

  • Half Day | Sit down lunch | £18
    • Refreshments on arrival and at break time. Plus cakes at break. Lunch in the Apley Kitchen Cafe. Menu provided on the day.
  • Full Day | No lunch |  £12
    • Refreshments on arrival and at break time. Plus cakes at break.
  • Full Day | Working lunch | £17
    • Refreshments on arrival and at break time. Plus cakes at break. Lunch in the Conference Room of sandwiches, deli items and salads.
  • Full Day | Sit down lunch | £20

  • Projector and screen | £20 per day

Please note due to the location of this room on the first floor of a historic converted barn, we are unable to provide wheelchair access. The room is accessible only via a flight of external stone steps.

Please note we require 48 hours notice of cancellations or alterations of numbers or refreshments. Failure to do so will incur a £15.00 charge.
Prices quoted per delegate do not include VAT.
Minimum of 4 delegates per booking. Minimum £40 charge for Half Day bookings or £60 for Full Day bookings.
