Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Please make sure that you have at least one adult for every five children. A maximum of 2 adults per child attending is permitted, but please bear in mind that there is limited adult seating. For a standard party we will reserve two tables for your use. For an exclusive party you will have access to all of the tables in the room.

Parties must have a minimum of ten children and up to a maximum of thirty five children, depending on your booking type. This includes the birthday child. Please do not exceed this number as we will not be able to accommodate any additional children.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the party.
Food requirements must be returned at least seven days before the date of the party.
In the event that a party guest is no longer able to attend, 48 hours’ notice is required. If this notice is not give you will still be charged for that guest.
Only food supplied by Apley Playbarn may be consumed at the party, with the exception of a birthday cake.
All dishes are prepared in our café, which is not free from nuts, seeds, gluten or lactose. Therefore all dishes may contain traces of these allergens. If a member of your party has an allergy to the above then please contact us so we can make arrangements for their food options.
All children attending the party should wear suitable clothing. We recommend that arms and legs are covered. Socks must be worn at all times in the Playbarn.
Banners can be put up in the party rooms with bluetack only. Plates, plastic crockery, cups and napkins are provided. If you would like to provide your own tableware just let us know.
The Playbarn is open to members of the public during standard parties. If you have booked an Exclusive Use party you will have the whole Playbarn to yourselves.
Please tell us if any members of your party have a disability, which you feel may require extra help, so we can make adjustments where possible.
Photography is only permitted in the party rooms, not in the main Playbarn during standard parties. Please only take photos of other children with the permission of their parents or guardians.
We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur due to breach of health and safety rules.
We accept no liability for theft or damage to personal belongings.
