Apley owns 300 residential properties mainly situated in rural locations to the North East of the attractive Shropshire Market town of Bridgnorth. We own a small number of properties in Bridgnorth town itself including Innage Gardens, where we have 12 properties built around a central lawn area.

We have a very broad range of properties to rent, from 6+ bedroom farmhouses down to small studios. The majority of houses are two & three bedroom cottages originally built for Apley employees.

A large proportion of our properties are more than 100 years old, the estate redeveloped and modernised many of its properties in the latter part of the 19th Century. We continuously update and renovate our rental properties and employ a well qualified and dedicated maintenance team.  We use local builders and other specialists to carry out more significant repairs and renovation projects.

We are currently upgrading the insulation in our properties with a view to reducing running costs for our tenants and reduce green house gas emissions as part of our broader commitment to improving the environment.
