CALLING ALL STALLHOLDERS!
Applications are now being taken for our 2026 events!
Please ensure that you follow the steps below to complete your application:
- Select one event date from the calendar which you wish to join us on
- Select the event(s) you’d like to join us at from the list
- Include all information about the products you wish to sell and a photo of your stall (don’t worry if you don’t have social media info, you can leave this blank)
- Once you have been approved, you’ll receive a payment link for your booking(s)
- Complete and submit a risk assessment and public liability insurance to the event planner
- Ensure your booking payment and required information is completed one month before the event you’re joining us at (if you select multiple events then payment will be required for all events at the time of your booking being confirmed)

CONFIRMATION
Once the stand charge has been received, exhibitors will receive written confirmation of their stand details. A stand at the event is not confirmed until payment is received.
CANCELLATION
The stand charge is non-refundable unless in the single circumstance as below. Apley Farm Shop will not be liable to any exhibitor for any claim for compensation or refund should the event be cancelled or disrupted due to bad weather, major incident or any other circumstance beyond Apley Farm Shop's control. As host of this event, Apley Farm Shop reserves the right to dictate, alter or cancel proceedings at their discretion. Stand holders will be submitted to Apley Farm Shop for approval. In the event of Apley Farm Shop's decision that an exhibitor is not to attend the event, the stall charge will be refunded. Apley Farm Shop reserve the right to revoke an exhibitor's place at the event for any reason at any time.
ON THE DAY
Exhibitors will receive full details of the running of the day, set up times and procedures one week before the event. Exhibitors are forbidden to drive or move vehicles between 10am-4pm in the event area. Stands MUST be completely set up and ready by 10am without exception. Late arrival may result in exhibitors' exclusion from the event. Any exhibitors dismantling before 4pm and the close of the event will NOT be invited to return for future events.
EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITY
The safety and security of the stand is the exhibitor's responsibility. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their stand and the surrounding area is secure and safe and poses no threat or danger to the public and is compliant with reasonable Health & Safety practices. Exhibitors MUST return their allocated area to the condition in which they found it, leaving absolutely NO waste or debris and must dispose of any and all waste. Exhibitors MUST provide their stand with adequate, safe and secure shelter. Exhibitors will contain their stand within their allocated
space, will NOT exceed these limits nor encroach upon the area of another exhibitor. Any inter-exhibitor disputes must be resolved between the parties involved. Stands which exceed their allocated space risk disrupting other exhibitors' stands, and any stands found to be exceeding their allocated space will be charged the outstanding amount to be paid immediately. Exhibitors assume full responsibility for any article of any kind exhibited by them, including liability for all claims arising out of the handling of exhibits and the conduct of their stand generally. The
exhibitor shall indemnify Apley Farm Shop against all claims, damages or expenses arising in any way out of the presence of the exhibitor, his staff or his exhibits at the event.
CATERING
The sale of all refreshments will be strictly limited to those authorised by Apley Farm Shop.
PROVISIONS
Tables, shelter, marquees, gazebos, display equipment and other such materials, power or Wifi will NOT be provided.
LEAFLETING
Exhibitors are permitted to promote and sell their products and services within their allocated stand area ONLY. Leafleting around the event is NOT permitted without express request to and permission from Apley Farm Shop at additional cost as outlined in the Exhibitor Pack. Exhibitors leafleting without permission beyond their stand will NOT be invited to return for future events.
LIABILITY
Apley Farm Shop will not be liable for any incident occurring at exhibitors' stands. Apley Farm Shop shall not in any way unless legally liable, be responsible for: Any claim for compensation or otherwise in regard to the holding of or for anything arising out of or in any connection with the event. Any accident that may occur or for the death, injury, disease or loss arising. Any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the abandonment, cancellation of any show, and any such eventuality.
Exhibitors breaking the codes of conduct will be promptly instructed to leave the event. Please respect and support one another. Details of the event are subject to change.
