Having started out initially 15 years ago from the comfort of our family home as a GasSafe and HETAS registered installation company; the family business has grown significantly since then.

We now have a beautiful countryside showroom to complement the stoves, the Shropshire countryside and our installation business and thankfully more space to house the flue systems without annoying our neighbours.

On your initial visit your first point of contact will be Charlotte, you will be shown around our LIVE displays and given honest and sound advice with a relaxed no pressure approach. Among the mix you will meet Archie our friendly Labrador who is here purely for hugs, fussing and Instagram photos with Carol one of the company directors, here offering advice but mainly dealing with all things paperwork and office related.

Following on from your visit, we offer a free site survey and quotation to see what options are available to you. Andy the second company director provides this service, alongside installing on occasion and being present in the showroom on Saturdays, meeting greeting and talking all things fire related. Andy’s 15 years knowledge in the industry is a real credit to the way in which Simply Fires works. His experience is invaluable and will be the real driving force to create your fireplace dream.

Once you have chosen to complete your project with us, our own in house team of HETAS and GasSafe registered installers will be the next people you see. Luke, who has been part of the Simply Fires family since day one will complete your installation alongside Jason or Jack. They are credited in our reviews as offering a professional, clean and friendly service and are the real stars of the show, putting everything into action.
