Norton Zero Carbon Houses

Our 2021 Zero Carbon Houses Project will see the creation of four semi-detached properties in the village of Norton, in Shropshire. These properties have been carefully and intentionally designed to look in keeping with surrounding properties, however, they will be constructed using leading-edge technologies and building techniques.  Zero carbon houses produce zero or negative CO2 emissions by maximizing energy efficiency and renewable energy.

Apley is committed to reducing carbon, and these properties will be built to zero carbon emission standards by using carbon-neutral building materials and high levels of insulation so that operational and heating costs will be much lower than those of a conventionally built house.  The sustainability of the overall energy efficiency has been very carefully considered looking at all aspects ranging from, the windows and doors, insulation, solar panels, and air exchange and heat recovery ventilation systems.

Upon completion, which is expected to be the beginning of 2022, these properties will be available to rent, should you want any further information or to be placed on our property waiting list please contact our offices on 01952 582770.
